Job summary

MERINO INDUSTRIES LIMITED is looking for a Sales Executive in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. The role focuses on achieving Secondary and Primary Sales targets and ensuring the right product mix.

Responsibilities include managing distributor relationships, penetrating towns, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing ones. The candidate will also engage with carpenters on interior work and ensure timely communication of initiatives with the team.

Familiarity with CRM systems and adherence to visibility standards in outlets is essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Secondary/Primary Sales targets and ensure the right product mix.
• Manage distributors and secondary sales from retailers.
• Ensure town penetration, new customer acquisition, and existing customer retention.
• Ensure numeric distribution in each town.
• Collect receivables as per norms.
• Ensure distributors work according to guidelines.
• Visit sites where interior work is happening and engage with carpenters.
• Communicate initiatives to front liners and ensure implementation.
• Ensure visibility standards in outlets are met.
• Follow PJP and share variance analysis.
• Use CRM system and understand secondary data reports.

Job description

• Ensure achieving of Secondary / Primary Sales targets; and ensure right product Mix
• Will be required to do Distributor management & Secondary management from Retailers. Handle A, B class retailers, along with Distributors.
• Ensure Town penetration, ensure new customer acquisition, and existing customer retention
• Ensure Numeric Distribution in each town
• Ensure Collections of Receivables as per norms
• Ensure distributors work as per Norms or Guidelines
• Will also be required to visit sites as part of his working, sites where Interior Work is happening / and engage with Carpenters who apply Laminates product category on Wood Substrate.
• Ensures timely communication of all initiatives to all Front liners. Timely communication of secondary schemes to team, to market, and ensure smooth implementation.
• Ensure all visibilities in outlets are put up as per norms
• Ensure PJP is followed for self, and team - and share PJP variance analysis
• Usage of CRM system, and understanding Secondary data reports shared by BM from time to time
