Job summary

Florim Decoratives Global in India seeks a field sales professional to build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and project customers, while expanding the dealer network.

You will identify new dealers, generate project leads, achieve targets, and regularly visit markets to study trends, pricing, and competition, ensuring growth in flooring and related interior product segments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field sales/business development.
• Experience in flooring, building materials, interior products, plywood, laminates, tiles, sanitary ware, paints, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the local market with established dealer/distributor contacts.
• Proven ability to generate new dealers, distributors, and project leads.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively and conduct regular market visits.
• Good understanding of sales processes and territory management.
