Job summary

People, Jobs, and News is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across retail dealers, distributors and projects in the Surat region.

You will build distributor networks, guide a 3–5 person regional team, drive volume and value targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and CRM to ensure orders and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have leadership, strategic planning and relationship-building skills in architect, institutional and project sales.

Regional Sales Manager

Reporting To

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with business objectives for both retail (dealers/distributors) and projects. Identify and prioritize high-potential markets and customer segments for revenue expansion.
• Retail Sales (Dealer Model) Expand and manage a network of distributors and dealers across markets. Build region-wise retail sales growth strategies and guide regional teams to execute. Monitor product display, branding, promotional schemes, and secondary sales performance.
• Project Sales (Channel Partner Model) Engage with and develop high potential architects, project developer & contractor key accounts Identify, onboard & manage channel partners for project supply and execution.
• Sales Team Management Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 sales staff at various locations. Drive performance, review and coach regional teams to deliver results. Set, track and achieve volume/value targets through team and channel accountability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Marketing to align sales promotions & customer campaigns. Coordinate with Operations and CRM for order fulfillment, customer coordination and support. Coordination with internal ops, marketing, and CRM teams.
