Greenlam Industries is hiring for a Project Sales role in Gujarat. You will work with architects and interiors professionals to drive specifications, nurture relationships with key influencers, and manage project specifications across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project sales in building materials, strong communication, and a go-getter attitude. Age under 30, English proficiency, and presentable appearance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architects and Interiors to understand project needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with Architects, Contractors and Interiors teams.
• Ensure clear product specifications reach influencers and decision makers.
• Coordinate project specifications across assigned locations.
• Generate leads and convert them into opportunities to drive sales.
• Provide timely MIS reports to management.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries, track scores, accounts and enquiries.

• Working with Architects/Interiors.
• Ensuring good relationship with Architects, Contractors, Interiors, Etc.
• Ensuring good specification of products to Influencers.
• Project Specification across assigned locations.
• Lead Generation & Lead Conversion. .
• Providing timely MIS reports.
• CRM entries, score, account & enquiry generation update etc.

Qualifications:
