Job summary

Panasonic Life Solutions India seeks a driven Territory Manager to expand the dealer network and drive sales in the assigned territory. You will meet dealers regularly, plan promotional activities, and ensure daily call targets are met while tracking progress with sales metrics.

The role requires strong product knowledge of LED lighting solutions and good command of MS Office, with Salesforce familiarity a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with strong field sales exposure.
• Proven experience as a Territory Manager with track record of revenue growth.
• Electrical market knowledge and LED product awareness are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Appoint new distributors, dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
• Meet existing dealers and distributors regularly.
• Conduct sales promotions like Sub-Dealer Meet, Nukkad Meet and other activities in the territory.
• Make minimum 15 calls per day and achieve daily primary/secondary targets.
• Track Distributor Sales Officers and LAS on a daily/weekly basis.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of LED Batten, LED Bulb, LED Fixtures for residential and professional markets.
• Utilize MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales data.
• Show excellent communication skills and strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Develop sales strategies and measure performance using KPIs.
