Job summary

TVS Srichakra in Ballari district is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive after-market sales in the Karnataka territory. You will lead target achievement, build a strong distributor network, and coach DSRs to improve performance.

The role requires field sales focus, travel within the region, and strict adherence to pricing, reporting, and company policies to enhance brand image and market share.

Responsibilities

• Achieving the sales target in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing /sales activities in assigned Territory / Region (After Market).
• Develop & build an effective distribution network for sales in after-market in the assigned Territory / Region.
• Assigning sales & distribution objectives at the district / distributor level.
• Manage / Ensure accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Monitor / track closely the competitor's activity, their share and strategy in the market and take proactive steps to increase sales.
• Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train DSRs.
• Ensure all sales executives meet or exceed all standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, and proposals.
• Monitoring DSRs performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Ensure proper adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• To implement sales promotion schemes towards enhancing the sale of the product as well as establishing the image of the company.
