TVS Srichakra in Tirupati is seeking a Territory Sales Executive for the After Market segment. You will drive the sales target in the assigned territory and lead marketing and sales activities in the region.

You will develop a distribution network, set district/distributor objectives, and maintain accurate pricing and sales records while monitoring competitors and coaching DSRs.

Aufgaben

• Achieving the sales target in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing /sales activities in assigned Territory / Region (After Market).
• Develop & build an effective distribution network for sales in after-market in the assigned Territory / Region.
• Assigning sales & distribution objectives at the district / distributor level.
• Manage / Ensure accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Monitor / track closely the competitor's activity, their share and strategy in the market and take proactive steps to increase sales.
• Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train DSRs.
• Ensure all sales executives meet or exceed all standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, and proposals.
• Monitoring DSRs performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Ensure proper adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• To implement sales promotion schemes towards enhancing the sale of the product as well as establishing the image of the company.
