Job summary

GIPS Consultancy in Indore seeks dynamic sales professionals to drive branch direct sales, achieve disbursement targets and manage book outstanding.

You will coordinate with branch sales teams, recruit Sales Managers and Sales Officers, and ensure productivity across the sales force with a strong emphasis on KYC and gold loan processes.

Experience in FMCG/Direct sales and gold loan domains is preferred, with hands-on skills in lead conversion and BTL marketing to expand market presence.
