Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in India seeks a seasoned professional to drive distributor networks for tractor implements, identify dealer locations, and help expand market share in a buoyant agricultural equipment segment.

You will coordinate with financiers, develop sales schemes, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders while ensuring cash-flow and delivery efficiency across the network. A Diploma/BE in mechanical fields is preferred, with 4+ years in tractors/implements.

• 4+ years in Tractor Industry - Implements Experience preferred
• Tractor Driving skills with implements
• Product Knowledge (Implements) (Technical Know How)- Hand on Experience is must
• Relationship Management with Dealers + Stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Position new agricultural equipment in a buoyant market.
• Identify locations to place distributors to grow markets based on competition and upcoming opportunities.
• Maintain a pre-decided share of yearly distributor revenue.
• Identify latent distributor needs and devise sales schemes to drive higher volumes.
• Evaluate markets for product-specific sales promotions.
• Build strong, sustainable relationships with large distributors.
• Guide distributors to expand their retail networks.
• Understand distributor cash flow and design delivery and collection schemes.
• Collaborate with financiers to design retail and wholesale financing schemes.
• Monitor distributor volumes weekly and monthly through a structured review.
• Establish dealership processes for enquiry management and retail via the dealer management system.

Job description

10. Monitoring week-wise & month-wise distributor volumes through a structured review mechanism
11. Establish processes at dealership in terms of enquiry management and retail through the dealer management system
