Responsibilities

• Manage a set of dealerships to achieve business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales etc.
• Ensure viable distribution network by appointing dealers and sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.
• Ensure availability of trained manpower in adequate quantity at dealerships.
• Facilitate/coach dealers and staff for implementing systems like MSS.
• Ensure availability of service infrastructure and drive service system implementation for customer satisfaction.
• Execute local level sales promotions and product launches.
• Train dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes and product features/modifications.
• Track competitor activities and capture feedback on performance of competitor and our products.
• Design and implement incentive schemes for dealers.
• Liaise with financial institutions/banks for retail financing opportunities.
