Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in India seeks a seasoned professional to manage a set of dealerships, drive volumes, market share, and product promotions across the region. You will train dealer staff, ensure service infrastructure, monitor competitor activity and implement incentive schemes.

The role requires 5–10 years of general experience and qualifications in engineering (Diploma or BE). You will lead execution excellence with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• General experience of 5-10 years is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of dealerships to achieve business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales.
• Ensure viable distribution network by appointing dealers, sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.
• Ensure availability of trained manpower at dealerships.
• Coach dealers and their staff on systems and processes.
• Ensure service infrastructure availability and drive service system implementation.
• Execute events like local level sales promotions and product launches.
• Train dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes and product features/modifications.
• Track competitor activities and capture feedback on performance.

Job description

• Manage a set of dealerships to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales etc.
• Ensuring viable distribution network by appointing dealers, sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.
• Ensure availability of trained manpower in adequate quantity at dealerships.
• Facilitate / coach the dealers and his staff for implementation various systems like MSS etc.
• Ensure availability of appropriate service infrastructure and drive implementation of service systems for improving customer satisfaction.
• Execution of events like local level sales promotion campaigns, product launches etc.
• Train the dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications.
• Track the competitor activities, capture feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products.
• Design and implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers.
• Liaisoning with financial institutions / banks for exploring new avenues for retail financing of product.
