Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive used car loan programs through dealer networks in Kolkata. You will coordinate with Dealers, Direct Sales Agents, and Direct Sales Teams to expand market presence.

You will be accountable for sales performance, train channels on product and policy updates, and build strong customer relationships to meet revenue targets and fuel growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage used car loans through Dealers.
• Direct Sales Agents and Direct Sales Teams.
• Empanelment of new used car Dealers, DSA and DST in the market.
• Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of the team.
• Conduct training for all the channels and teams on product, policy and market changes.
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships. Meet revenue targets.
