Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a seasoned field sales professional to drive the used-car loan business across the assigned territory in India. You will build and nurture relationships with dealers, brokers, and DSAs/DSOs, source new loan leads, and work toward monthly disbursement and revenue targets.

Job description

• Manage and grow the used car loan business across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with used-car dealers, brokers, DSA/DSOs, and other channel partners.
• Generate new loan leads through dealer networks, direct sourcing, referrals, and other business channels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement, login, approval, and revenue targets.
• Guide customers through the loan application process, including documentation and eligibility requirements.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, collections, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor applications from login to approval and disbursement, resolving bottlenecks promptly.
• Identify new dealers and business opportunities to expand market penetration in the territory.
• Track competitor activities, interest rates, product offerings, and market trends.
• Ensure adherence to the company's credit policies, KYC requirements, regulatory guidelines, and risk parameters.
• Monitor portfolio quality and coordinate on overdue accounts and collection-related issues where required.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, dealer productivity, pipeline, and territory business.
• Conduct dealer visits and maintain regular market coverage to strengthen business relationships.
• Train and support channel partners on loan products, processes, and documentation requirements.
