Job summary

SkillLabs in Kota, Rajasthan is seeking a Field Sales professional focused on Used Car Loans who can deliver month-on-month loan disbursal targets. You will build and maintain an active DSA network, source business through channel partners and dealers, and manage direct business targets through a team of retainers to drive growth in the region.

The role requires strong exposure to vehicle finance and auto loan products, with 3-5 years of relevant channel management experience.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in channel management for used car loans.
• Strong network-building and negotiation skills.
