Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is hiring for a field sales professional to cover the Beed region in Maharashtra. You will achieve territory targets and carry out effective field work with minimal supervision.

You will promote products, build relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists, and report daily activities on the online system. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with 2+ years of pharma sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience; Fresher with strong communication and analytical skills also considered.
• Experience in the same therapy area preferred; candidates from MNC and top Indian pharma companies advantageous.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador

Experience/Training Required
