Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Mumbai is seeking a field sales professional to achieve territory targets through effective field work and disciplined reporting on our online system. The role requires energetic engagement with doctors, chemists and stockists to grow prescriptions and market share.

You will promote our division’s products, build lasting stakeholder relationships and contribute to strategy development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
• Candidate with prior/current experience in pharma therapy will have added advantage.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador
