Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is looking for a field sales professional in India to achieve territory-wise sales targets and promote products per strategy. You will build relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists, and report daily activities using the online system. Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills will be considered.

The role requires a BSc/B. Pharma and 2+ years of experience; candidates from MNCs or top Indian pharma companies will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

• BSc/B. Pharma. required.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador
