Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Shillong, Meghalaya, to drive sales targets in the assigned territory. The role involves fieldwork with minimal supervision and daily reporting through the online system, while ensuring coverage norms are met.

The candidate will promote products, build relationships with doctors and chemists, and act as a brand ambassador, leveraging prior pharma experience for market expansion.

Qualifications

• 2+ Yrs of experience
• Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider
• Candidate with prior/current experience in same therapy. Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.
• Fluent and confident in communication

Responsibilities

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision

• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
