Job summary

Abbott in India seeks a dynamic Pharma Sales Professional to cover Kerala. The role focuses on achieving territory targets, initiating field work with minimal supervision, and daily reporting through the designated system. You will meet call averages, ensure comprehensive coverage, and adhere to division norms.

Candidates with 2+ years of experience or fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome. Prior experience in the same therapy or at MNCs is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BSc/B.Pharm degree is mandatory.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Divisions products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador

Minimum Education
