Job summary

Abbott in Haridwar is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales across the local geography. You will promote the division's products, build relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists, and execute field activities with minimal supervision.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience in pharma, strong communication, and the ability to meet targets. BSc/B.Pharm and fluency in English are expected; fresher with potential will be considered.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division's products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador

Minimum Education
