Job summary

Restora in Karimnagar, India is looking for a Territory Business Manager to drive sales across the assigned territory. The role requires field work with minimal supervision and daily reporting of activities in the company online system.

Selected candidate will promote products as per strategy, build relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists, and strive to increase market share while meeting coverage norms. Fresher candidates with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc/B. Pharma required.
• 2+ years of territory sales experience preferred.
• Fresher considered with strong communication.
• Experience with pharma therapies and MNC/top Indian pharma advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned territory/ geography-wise sales targets.
• Carry out effective field work with minimal supervision.

• Meet call averages, coverage, and frequency norms of the division.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
