Job summary

Restora in Dhule is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales across the assigned geography. You will build and sustain key relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists, and execute field activities to hit targets.

The role requires 2+ years of pharma sales experience or fresh candidates with strong communication and analytical skills; MNC background is a plus. You should be a confident brand ambassador with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharma sales experience or fresher with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in same therapy area is an advantage.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned territory/ geography sales targets.
• Carry out effective field work without direct supervision.
• Report field work daily on the assigned online system.
• Meet call averages, coverage, and frequency norms for the division.
• Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
• Promote the division's products as per strategy.
• Build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategy building and act as a brand ambassador.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division's products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador

Minimum Education

BSc/B. Pharma.

Experience/Training Required

2+ Yrs of experience Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider Candidate with prior/current experience in same therapy. Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage. Fluent and confident in communication
