Job summary

NovaNXT in Bangalore is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales across the Karnataka region. You will be in the field to achieve targets and promote the division's products.

Ideal candidates have a BSc/B. Pharma and 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome. Prior pharma exposure in MNCs is a plus; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc/B. Pharma with 0–2 years of experience; fresher candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned territory/ geography-wise sales targets.
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision.
• Report field work daily on the assigned online system.
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division.
• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share.
• Promote the division’s products as per strategy.
• Relationship building with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc).
• Facilitating strategy building.
• A good brand ambassador.

Minimum Education

Minimum Experience/Training Required

Candidate with prior/current experience in same therapy. Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage. Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider Fluent and confident in communication
