Job Purpose:

The Tender Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for the company, ensuring all bids are compliant, competitive, and submitted on time. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and leading negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Management:
  Manage the entire tender process from receipt of tender documents through to submission, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Bid Coordination:
  Collaborate with technical, legal, commercial, and finance teams to gather necessary inputs and prepare comprehensive bid proposals.
• Tender Analysis:
  Analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements to identify key deliverables, risks, and evaluation criteria.
• Strategy Development:
  Develop bid strategies aligned with company objectives and client expectations to improve win rates.
• Documentation:
  Prepare, review, and finalize all tender documents including technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting materials.
• Compliance & Quality:
  Ensure all tenders comply with legal, financial, and organizational policies and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve any queries during the tender process.
• Market Intelligence:
  Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to continuously improve tender submissions.
• Post-Tender Activities:
  Participate in contract negotiations and debriefings with clients, and assist with contract award and handover processes.
