Job summary

BOMBAY INTELLIGENCE SECURITY (BIS) in Mumbai seeks a senior Tender Manager to drive end-to-end tender processes across government, PSU, and corporate opportunities. You will analyze documents, prepare bids, and coordinate across departments to ensure timely submissions and compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in tender management, GeM portals, and a strong grasp of statutory obligations. MBA/PGDM is preferred, with a track record in security services or facility management.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 25 years of tender management experience, preferably in Security Services or Facility Management.
• Experience handling Government, PSU, Corporate, and GeM tenders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals (GeM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement, PSU portals) for new opportunities.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specs, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounts for documents and approvals.
• Prepare costing sheets, BOQs, manpower deployment plans, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain updated records of registrations, certifications, and client credentials.
• Ensure compliance with tender conditions, PSARA, labour laws, EPF, ESIC, GST, and other obligations.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification responses.
• Track tender status from submission to award and maintain a database.
• Coordinate submission of EMD, PBG, and other contractual documents.
• Prepare comparative statements and competitor analyses when required.
• Assist in contract execution and handover to Operations after award.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and company information.

• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.

• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounts departments to collect required documents and approvals.
