JobItUs is seeking an Assistant Manager - Tender with 5-7 years of experience in the chemical sector to lead tender activities. The role emphasizes understanding contracts, BOQ, and technical specifications, with strong coordination across departments to compile and submit bids.

The candidate will engage with government and private tenders, ensure compliance, and manage documentation and deadlines to secure opportunities for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tendering process for infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with major government and private tender portals (eProcurement, GeM, CPP Portal).
• Understanding of contracts, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identification, evaluation and analysis of tender opportunities based on project requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Preparation, review and submission of technical bids in compliance with tender requirements.
• Management of tender documentation, statutory compliance and pre-qualification requirements.
• Coordination with internal departments for technical inputs, commercial docs and bid compilation.
• Ensure timely submission of bids adhering to client specs and deadlines.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, amendments and client communications.
