The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in navigating the Government E-Market Place and E-Procurement Portal. This role entails managing tender submissions and customer inquiries under GEM while working closely with government officials and internal teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with medicine distributors or pharmacies.
• Proven work experience with Government E-Market Place and GEM/ E-Procurement Portal.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and bid submissions.

Responsibilities

• Update product/schema prices on the GEM portal.
• Handle daily MIS reporting documentation.
• Coordinate with officials for the tender process.
• Prepare and submit tender documents within stipulated time limits.
• Discuss opportunities with management.
• Coordinate with officials and document tender progress.
• Handle high volume GEM enquiries.
• Act as contact for government agencies.
• Maintain lists of agencies or personnel.
• Develop contacts with government departments.
• Collaborate with staff to understand business issues.
• Prepare tender documents in required formats and submit on portals.

Job description

Looking for a Tender Executive with 5+ years of experience in the healthcare sector specifically medicine distributors or pharmacies. They are someone who has proven work experience in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal.

Someone who is willing to work from the office and can start immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Deletion or Updating of New product /Specification/prices
• Handle MIS reporting documentation on a daily basis
• Issuing authorization and product approval to partners
• Update Project Execution on a daily basis & Report to a HOD
• Discuss with the management team to decide upon the opportunities
• Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender process
• Handling a high volume of customer enquiries floated under GEM portal
• Acting as contact points for all Government agency or organizational personnel
• Keeping lists of the Government agencies or personnel representing the person, agency, or organization
• Develop, maintain, and intensify contacts with relevant government departments and authorities
• Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise
• Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid and submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals

Mandatory requirements

• Should be able to update product/service catalogue in GEM portal
• Good knowledge of Government Tender Online & Offline Filling
• Should be able to counter & solve GEM queries of clients
• Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid

Eligibility Criteria

• A candidate should have prior 5 years of experience in working on the Government eMarketplace GeM/ E-Procurement website will be preferred
• Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and working on Tender specification
