Job description
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Management / Engineering / Commerce/ LAW) preferred.
Responsibilities
Regularly monitor and identify tenders from government e-procurement portals including (but not limited to) GeM, CPPP, State e-Tender portals, PSU websites, and departmental portals
Shortlist tenders based on organizational eligibility, technical capability, and commercial viability
Study tender documents (NIT, RFP, RFQ, BOQ, GCC, SCC) and prepare detailed tender summaries
Track critical dates such as pre-bid meetings, bid submission deadlines, corrigenda, and clarifications
Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, financial data, and compliance documentation
Maintain a centralized database of live, submitted, awarded, and rejected tenders
Keep updated with changes in government procurement rules, guidelines, and portal updates
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling tender-related information
Requirements and Skills
In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and tendering systems
Strong ability to search, filter, and analyze tenders across multiple portals
Excellent understanding of eligibility conditions, technical qualifications, and commercial terms and legal compliances
Law background will be beneficial
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Experience & Qualifications
