Job summary

Sysmed Exim Pvt Ltd in Chandigarh seeks a detail-oriented Tender Executive/Senior Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in handling medical equipment tenders. You will identify relevant government and institutional tenders, prepare accurate documents and quotations, and manage GEM listings.

You will coordinate with internal teams for specifications and certifications, ensure timely tender submissions, maintain bid records, and support post-tender documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment tendering.
• Familiarity with Q1, Q2, Q3 classification in medical tenders.
• Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) preferred.
