Job summary

DANADIL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Tender & GeM Executive to drive government tender activities, focusing on GeM portal bidding and procurement processes.

You will manage tender documentation, bid submissions, and coordination with sales, accounts, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and compliant processes across government procurement portals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the GeM portal and government e-tendering.
• Knowledge of technical and financial bid preparation.
• Good understanding of medical devices, surgical disposables, or healthcare products is preferred.
• Knowledge of EMD, tender fees, OEM authorization, Make in India requirements, and eligibility documents.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF documentation, and email communication.
• Good coordination, follow-up, documentation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Search, identify, and track relevant government tenders on the GeM portal and other government e-procurement portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, EMD, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare and submit online bids, quotations, and tender documents within deadlines.
• Manage GeM seller account activities, including product listing, catalogue updates, pricing, and bid participation.
• Coordinate the collection of technical documents, product certificates, GST details, company registrations, and other required documents.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, production, and dispatch teams for pricing, stock availability, and order execution.
• Follow up on bid status, technical evaluation, financial results, purchase orders, and order fulfilment.
• Maintain tender records, bid trackers, submission reports, and a database of participated and awarded tenders.
• Handle buyer queries, order-related documentation, and GeM portal compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and other documents required for payment processing.

• Ability to independently manage the tender process from searching to bid submission and follow-up.
