Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled anddetail-oriented Senior Executive – Tenders to oversee and manage thecomplete end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate should possessstrong expertise in E-Tendering, excellent coordination skills, and aproactive approach to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders whilemaintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end tendering process, includingidentification of tenders, document preparation, submission, andpost-submission follow-up.
  
• Review and analyze tender documents, terms, and conditions toensure compliance with company policies.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal,Operations, and Technical departments) for timely collection andvalidation of required inputs and documents.
  
• Maintain updated knowledge of government and privatee-procurement portals and ensure seamless participation in onlinetenders.
  
• Prepare and maintain tender trackers, bid status reports, anddocumentation for audit and management review.
  
• Identify process gaps and develop plans to streamline andoptimize tender management activities.
  
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all submissions toenhance success rates.
  
• Support management with market insights, competitor analysis,and bid-winning strategies.
  
• Ensure effective communication between the tender departmentand other internal teams to achieve business goals.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of E-Tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP,E-procurement, etc.).
