Sr. Biomedical Engineer (Tender & GEM) – Medical Devices

We are looking for a Senior Biomedical Engineer (Tender & GEM) with knowledge of medical devices and services, including hands‑on experience in tender documentation and the GeM (Government e‑Marketplace) process. The role involves preparing technical specifications for tenders, coordinating with other team members to bid products as per technical specification, and working with Field Service Engineers for demonstrations, installations and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tender documentation for medical devices and services.
• Draft and finalize technical specifications, compliance sheets, and supporting documents for tenders.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate bid submissions.
• Support Field Service Engineers in product demonstrations, installations, and commissioning.
• Provide application and technical support to field engineers and customers as required.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with government procurement norms.
• Maintain proper records of tenders, bids, and GeM orders for future reference and audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices and healthcare services.
