Job summary

Auxein Medical Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to identify, prepare, and submit tenders for orthopedic products. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Finance, Regulatory, QA and Management to ensure compliant, timely submissions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in tender management within medical devices or healthcare, with strong knowledge of GeM/e-procurement and excellent Excel/documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in tender management, preferably in medical devices, orthopedics, pharma, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of government/institutional tendering processes and portals such as GeM/e-procurement.
• Good Excel, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track government, institutional, and private tenders relevant to orthopedic products.
