Role: Tender Executive
We are looking for a Tender Executive who can independently manage the complete tender lifecycle—from identifying relevant opportunities to bid submission, compliance and post-bid follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals and other platforms.
- Evaluate tenders for eligibility, technical requirements, EMD, turnover, certifications, OEM requirements, experience and other eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and maintain a daily tender tracker with deadlines, tender value, department, eligibility and bid status.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, finance and internal teams for required documents, quotations and authorizations.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation and ensure 100% compliance with tender requirements.
- Handle GeM bidding, reverse auctions, corrigenda and tender amendments.
- Prepare tender-related declarations, undertakings, affidavits and other required documentation.
- Coordinate bid submission before deadlines and maintain proper records of submitted bids.
- Track technical evaluation, financial opening, L1 status, negotiations, LOA/PO and post-bid requirements.
- Maintain a database of government departments, PSUs, OEMs and recurring tender opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in tender management, government procurement, GeM or e-procurement.
- Strong understanding of GeM and government tender processes.
- Experience in IT hardware / manpower / networking tenders will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to interpret tender eligibility and identify commercial/technical risks.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under strict tender deadlines.
