Job summary

Ozofryn is seeking a hands-on Tender Executive to manage the tender process across India, from identification to submission and follow-up. The ideal candidate will handle tenders through GeM, CPPP and state portals with strong documentation and negotiation skills.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of tender management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to coordinate multiple tenders independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant tenders across India.
• Handle tenders through GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement portals.
• Analyse tender requirements, eligibility criteria, BOQs and commercial conditions.
• Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance statements and documents.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers and other stakeholders for quotations and documentation.
• Coordinate pricing and ensure timely bid submission.
• Monitor corrigenda, amendments and tender deadlines.
• Coordinate EMD, tender fees, BG/PBG and other requirements.
• Follow up on tender evaluation, negotiations, results and purchase orders.
• Maintain tender records and provide regular updates to management.

• Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance statements and required documents.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers and other stakeholders for quotations and documentation.
• Coordinate pricing and ensure accurate and timely bid submission.
• Monitor corrigenda, amendments, clarifications and tender deadlines.
• Coordinate EMD, tender fees, BG/PBG and other requirements, where applicable.
• Follow up on tender evaluation, negotiations, results and purchase orders.
• Maintain tender records and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on tender management experience.
• Practical experience with GeM, CPPP and e-procurement portals.
• Experience in preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids.
• Good knowledge of BOQs, tender compliance and documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders independently.
