A Senior Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with departments, managing GeM and e-tender portals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting competitive proposals within deadlines. The role requires strong documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from government and private portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit tender bids, proposals, and supporting documents within deadlines.
- Manage GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and other tendering portals.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical, financial, and commercial inputs.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and pricing documents.
- Maintain tender records, bid status reports, and documentation.
- Respond to tender clarifications, queries, and corrigenda.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners during the bidding process.
- Track bid results, contract awards, and post-award documentation.
- Monitor EMD, tender fees, performance guarantees, and contract obligations.
- Support contract execution and handover to project teams after award.
- Train and guide junior tender executives and bid coordinators.
- Continuously improve bid quality, success rate, and tender management processes.

- Strong Documentation & Analytical Skills
Qualifications:-
- Graduate in any discipline / BBA/ MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant experience in tendering, procurement or bid management is an advantage.
- Good Communication Skills.
