Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive in Gurugram to manage end-to-end e-tendering and documentation liaisoning across government and PSU portals. You will search, analyze, prepare, submit, and track tenders while coordinating with sales, accounts, QA, and management to ensure compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in tender portals, strong MS Excel/Word skills, and strict adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales support through tender portals.
• Experience in building materials, construction products, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC sector.
• Must be a full-time salaried professional.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of e-tendering: search, analysis, preparation, submission, follow-ups.
• Regular monitoring of tenders on portals like GeM, CPPP, e-Procure, DISCOM, Railways, PSU portals.
• Preparation, compilation, and uploading of technical, commercial, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for tender inputs.
• Handle EMD, BG, CPBG, PBG documentation and bank coordination.
• Post-bid follow-ups, corrigendum tracking, and bid clarification responses.
• Support sales team with tender-based enquiries and documentation.
• Maintain tender records, submission logs, and document control.
• Liaise with departments, consultants, and portal authorities as required.

The role requires hands-on experiencein tender submission, document coordination, and sales support through tenderplatforms.

KeyResponsibilities

• End-to-end handling of e-tendering processincluding tender search, analysis, preparation, submission, and follow-ups
  
• Regular monitoring of tenders on portals suchas GeM, CPPP, e-Procure, State DISCOM portals, Railways, PSU portals, etc.
  
• Preparation, compilation, and uploading oftechnical, commercial, and compliance documents
  
• Coordination with internal departments (sales,accounts, factory, QA, management) for tender inputs
  
• Handling EMD, BG, CPBG, PBG documentation andcoordination with banks

Requirements

• Continuous regular education only
  
• Nocorrespondence / distance / open university education
  
• Must be a full-time salaried professional

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, PDFtools, and online portals
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and document accuracy
  
• Ability to handle deadlines and multipletenders simultaneously
  
• Candidate must have own laptop for officialwork
  
• Knowledge of compliance documents,registrations, and certifications is an added advantage
  
• Duration:6 months
  
• Total CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum
  
• Fixed Pay (monthly): ₹5,00,000 per annum
  
• ₹50,000 payable after 6 months ofcontinuous service
  
• ₹50,000 payable after 1 year of continuousservice
