Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement Ericsson Order Care (EOC) workflows within Telecom BSS / Order Management & Orchestration. You will translate complex telecom rules into scalable configurations, ensuring robust order automation and seamless orchestration.

You will work on integration with CRM, Billing, Inventory, and Network Activation, building services with XML/SOAP and REST. Experience with EOC/ECM and Camunda BPMN is highly valued.

• Design, develop, and configure end-to-end order fulfillment and orchestration workflows.
• Translate complex telecom business rules into efficient technical solutions within EOC.
• Ensure system stability, automation, and optimal order processing.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Development: Configure, develop, and customize Ericsson Order Care (EOC / ECM) components, specializing in catalog-driven order automation, order validation, decomposition, and routing.
• Scripting & Logic: Write robust business logic and interfaces using JavaScript, Groovy, or Java/J2EE frameworks to handle complex telco product lines and fallback structures.
• Integration: Develop and unit test XML/SOAP and REST-based web services to integrate EOC with external BSS/OSS components (CRM, Billing, Inventory, and Network Activation).
• BPMN Modeling: Design and configure business flows and tasks utilizing Camunda or native EOC BPM engine processes.
• Experience in Ericsson Order Care (EOC) / Ericsson Catalog Manager (ECM) implementations. Exposure to EOC version 22.x or above is highly preferred.
