Job summary

Comviva Technology in Pune invites a skilled professional to design and implement telecom order management workflows using BPMN/BPNM platforms. You will develop and configure complex order orchestration logic across distributed systems and build workflow-based applications to support the complete order lifecycle.

You will integrate OM with CRM, catalog and provisioning, develop REST APIs and middleware, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical leadership to juniors.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BPMN/BPNM workflow platforms and order management solutions.
• Deep understanding of order orchestration, lifecycle management, and fallout handling.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend communication patterns.
• Good understanding of telecom BSS systems including CRM, product catalog, and provisioning.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for workflow-driven application development.

Responsibilities
