Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in India is seeking an L1.5 Level Operations professional to monitor, coordinate, support, manage and execute reactive maintenance so services meet SLA performance. The role requires 3-4+ years in Billing Systems and Telecom Operations, with strong SQL/PL-SQL, UNIX, and scripting skills.

Willingness to work a 24×7 shift is essential. Responsibilities include issue resolution, root-cause analysis, SLA maintenance, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in Billing Systems (BSCS), Provisioning, payment etc module.
• 3-4 years of experience in Telecom Operations.
• Good knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and UNIX.
• Good understanding of the Telecom domain.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, network, and host layers.
• Ability to understand PL‑SQL procedures.
• Experience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.).
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift model.

About this opportunity
