Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture for Telecom BSS platforms.
Design end-to-end BSS solutions covering CRM, product catalog, order, billing, charging.
Lead telecom digital transformation and modernization programs.
Develop solution blueprints, integration patterns, and target-state architectures.
Ensure compliance with TM Forum standards and Open APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders for solution alignment.

We are seeking an experienced Telecom BSS Solution Architect to drive the architecture, design, and transformation of Business Support Systems (BSS) across telecom domains. The candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end BSS architecture, aligning business requirements with technology solutions, and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in telecom environments.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Telecom BSS ecosystems, enterprise architecture frameworks, digital OSS/BSS transformation, customer management, product catalog, order management, billing, charging, CRM, and TM Forum standards.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture for Telecom BSS platforms aligned with business objectives.
Design end-to-end BSS solutions covering:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Product Catalog Management
- Order Management
- Billing & Revenue Management
- Charging Systems
- Partner Management
- Self-Service and Digital Channels
Lead telecom digital transformation and modernization programs.
Develop solution blueprints, architecture artifacts, integration patterns, and target-state architectures.
Ensure compliance with TM Forum Open APIs, SID, TAM, and eTOM frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and technology teams for solution alignment.
Drive API-led architecture, microservices adoption, cloud-native transformation, and digital BSS initiatives.
Conduct architecture governance reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Define integration strategies between BSS, OSS, ERP, Digital Channels, Data Platforms, and third-party applications.
Participate in RFPs, solution estimations, architecture reviews, and customer presentations.
