Job summary

AKMV Consultants in Delhi invites applications for a Tele caller – Operations Support (Full-Time). You will support the operations team, handle customer and partner communications, explain fintech products (DMT, AEPS, Bill Payments, POS), and help with documentation and onboarding.

Requirements include 6 months to 2 years in telecalling or customer service, a Graduate degree preferred, and strong Hindi communication with basic English.

Qualifications

• Fintech or banking experience is a plus.
• Graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers, retailers, and channel partners.
• Explain products like DMT, AEPS, Bill Payments, POS, etc.
• Follow up on pending documents, KYC, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding and updates.
• Collect and update customer/partner information in the system.
• Identify customer concerns and escalate when required.
• Maintain daily call records and share updates with the team.

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company offering services such as Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), AEPS, Bill Payments, POS Machines, CMS, and other digital financial solutions. We are looking for a confident and customer focused Telecaller to support our operations team and ensure smooth communication with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Customer Communication

• Make calls to customers, retailers, and channel partners
• Explain company products like DMT, AEPS, Bill Payments, POS, etc.
• Follow up on pending documents, KYC, and operational requirements

Operational Support

• Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding and updates
• Collect and update customer/partner information in the system
• Identify customer concerns and escalated when required
• Ensure proper follow-up until resolution

Reporting

• Maintain daily call records, feedback, and follow-ups
• Share updates and insights with the operations team

Experience

• 6 months to 2 years in telecalling / customer service / telesales
• Fintech or banking experience is a plus

Education

• Preferred: Graduate
