Job summary

ABEX Excellence Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Telecaller in Mumbai to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services, and build customer relationships.

You will maintain records, follow up on leads, and work with the sales/marketing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Freshers with good communication are welcome; minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Positive attitude and persuasive personality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets.
• Experience: 0-2 years; Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM or Excel.
• Follow up on leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead management and reporting.
