Job summary

Technology Next is seeking 2 Telecallers in Delhi to engage potential customers, explain products, handle queries, and maintain call records. Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with basic computer and CRM familiarity. Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 per month, based on experience and suitability, with opportunities for incentives and growth in a friendly sales environment.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads/customers from the database
• Explain company products or services clearly in Hindi & English
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up on interested leads and maintain regular communication
• Maintain detailed call records and update CRM/data sheets
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and basic written)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
• Good listening, patience, and problem‑solving ability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
