Job summary

AKMV Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking a Telecaller–OperationsSupport to join our fintech-focused operations team in Delhi. You will handle outbound calls and interact with customers, retailers, and channel partners, explaining products like DMT, AEPS, and bill payments.

You will also manage onboarding, collect data, and ensure timely follow-ups. The role requires 6 months to 2 years in telecalling or customer service, with graduate preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, customer service or telesales.
• Fintech or banking experience is a plus.
• Graduate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers, retailers and channel partners.
• Explain company products like DMT, AEPS, Bill Payments, POS.
• Follow up on pending documents, KYC and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with operations for onboarding and updates.
• Collect and update customer/partner information in the system.
• Identify customer concerns and escalate when required.
• Ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
• Maintain daily call records, feedback and follow-ups.
• Share updates and insights with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Customer Communication

Operational Support
