Role Description

The Telecalling role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Daily tasks include collecting and verifying basic customer information, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams to move applications forward. The Telecaller will respond to customer queries, maintain accurate call and lead records in the system, and support the sales and operations teams by updating them on customer status. The position requires consistent achievement of calling targets while maintaining professional communication and adherence to company policies.
