Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Tele Counselor to handle student enquiries and admission-related calls for UG and PG programmes. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, providing programme and admission-related information, conducting regular follow-ups, and supporting the overall admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to UG and PG programme admissions.
• Handle calls per day and maintain consistent calling activity.
• Contact prospective students and provide accurate information about UG and PG programmes, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other relevant details.
• Understand students' academic interests and requirements and guide them towards suitable programmes.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the counselling/admission team regarding student enquiries and requirements.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.
• Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is mandatory.
• Good convincing, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements

• English communication is mandatory.
• Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in at least one regional language.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil will be preferred.
• Candidates who can communicate in more than one of these regional languages will be an added advantage.

Preferred

• Candidates with prior experience in education/admission calling will be preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
