Expertie is seeking a Tele Counsellor in Indore to guide students and parents through college options. You will handle calls, explain programs, build trust, and track progress in the CRM while coordinating with counselling teams for smooth onboarding.

• Maintain follow-ups to move students through admissions pipeline.
• Convert leads into admissions using ethical persuasion.
• Maintain CRM logs, call notes, and daily follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operations and counselling teams for onboarding.

You are the voice that helps a student understand their options and take the next step confidently. The role blends counselling, clarity, and sales over calls.

What you'll do
