We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to support the admissions process for Presidency Schools and Presidency PU College, Mangalore. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with parents, explain academic programmes and convert admission enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to admission enquiries.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Admission Counselling, Sales or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada and other local languages.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
