Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and people-oriented Branch Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with students and parents, understands their needs, and can confidently guide them through the admission journey.
As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, helping families understand our academic programs, admission process, and available opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents through outbound calls, follow-ups, and other outreach activities.
- Understand the requirements and expectations of students and parents and provide clear, accurate information about programs and admissions.
- Handle parent and student enquiries professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Welcome and assist walk-in parents and students, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Schedule and coordinate home counselling sessions with parents and prospective students.
- Conduct meaningful counselling conversations and help families make informed decisions about their child's education.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and admission activities.
- Follow up consistently with prospective families and support them throughout the admission process.
- Work closely with the Sales and Admissions Team to strengthen lead conversion and outreach initiatives.
- Achieve assigned counselling, follow-up, and admission targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
